Elvia Wilk

Elvia Wilk is a writer and editor living in New York. She’s the author of the novel Oval, the essay collection Death by Landscape, and the novel A Diagnosis, which will be published in 2027. She writes essays, criticism, and fiction for publications like Frieze, Bookforum, 4Columns, n+1, Granta, The Paris Review online, BOMB, The White Review, Mousse, The Nation, The Atlantic, WIRED and The New York Review of Books. She’s received support from the Andy Warhol Foundation, Artlab, the Berggruen Institute, the Remarque Institute, La Becque, Callie’s, plus some other grants and awards. She’s a contributing editor at e-flux Journal and teaches writing in the MFA program at Sarah Lawrence.
