Jarrett Earnest is an artist and writer in New York. He is the author of “What it Means to Write About Art: Interviews with Art Critics” (Zwirner Books, 2018). His exhibition “Ray Johnson: What A Dump!” is on view at David Zwirner, New York, until May 22, 2021. Earnest is currently editing an issue of the journal PUBLIC called “DEVOTION: Queer Archives & Afterlives” and has recently contributed to monographs on Tim Whiten and Christine Davis.
